When executing bulk change I get a huge list of fields I can change. This is quite overwhelming and extremely difficult to find a field in there. In fact I only need a tiny fraction of these fields. Is ther a way to filter which fields appear?

Hi Filia,

during bulk operation, JIRA provides list of all possible fields that could be changed during that operation. You could try to hide fields into the Field Configuration scheme of your specific project.

Keep in mind that the hided fields will no appear in the issue.

Ciao,

Fabio

Hi Fabio,

many thanks for the info. I had hoped this could be set up per user. As field configuration will mean I have to convince a lot of people to do something.

Cheers ...
