Backlog Does Not Appear on Scrum Board

Hello,

We have a board which is a Scrum board:

Previously we used to be able to plan sprints by ordering issues in the backlog and then switch to "work" mode to after starting the sprint. The screen is now different and only shows "Reports", "Issues" and "Test Sessions":

While it used to look more like this:

I enabled time tracking would this change the board type? Our hosted cloud instance reports its version to be JIRA v6.4-OD-15-055.

What could cause this change in view?

Hi Guys,

We are having several customers experiencing this issue.

In order to fix it, there's a need to restart JIRA Agile plugin, which means to Disable and Enable the plugin again.

So, please try the above mentioned (you won't lose any data nor break anything) and let us know if it helped to solve.

This system plugin is not modifiable -- it cannot be disabled.

This just happened to me too. I ended my current Sprint and noticed that I couldn't create a new Sprint because the Backlog is missing from the navigation. Atlassian, please help!
