Backlog View Settings does not show up Subtasks expand/collapse option

Hello!

Few of users do not have Subtasks menu options in Backlog->View Settings. Actually, Subtasks Expand all / Collapse all options disappeared since yesterday. Can you let me know the cause for this and how do I get these options back?

That option is available only in Company Managed Software project boards.

Are the users viewing such a board, or are they viewing a board for a Team Managed project, or a Work Management or Service project?

Same problem here. Company managed project and the expand/collapse option disappeared for many users.
This is a critical management issue.

I see the option on both my Kanban and Scrum board Backlog screens for Company Managed Software projects.

When you say the options disappeared for "some users" can you check the following?

1. For the same boards where some users don't see the options, are there other users that do see the options? Make sure the users are viewing the same board by checking the numeric ID for the board which displays in the URL.
2. Are there permission/role differences between the users who do see the options and those who do not?
3. Can you get the users who don't see the options to provide a screen image, and then share that with us?
