Hi,
I can't see the backlog in the issue details.
It looks like some of the system's built-in fields are missing too, such as Sprint.
I don't know what happened, and all of a sudden it didn't work out.
Hiii,
How Do I customize how I see Issue Detail?
I am the admin user and looking to customize how my issues are displayed upon single-clicking on them either from the backlog or the active sprint board. One of our users E-mailed me hoping to customize her own view as well, and it looks different from mine.
Her issue view is in a modal window, and we'd like to move some fields around (her testing notes are cramped on the right-side of the modal window and require lots of scrolling). My issue view is on a side-bar when I single-click and this is not ideal for me, either.
I suspect that my user may have early beta access to some newer Jira features as well. Not sure how that is configured.
Thank you! bp credit card

@harainye , can you check whether the project's board is deleted or your permission to the board is removed?

I don't quite understand what you said about the configuration of permissions. Could you please help me to specify it.
Thank you!

@harainye , did you create a board in the project? If someone else created it can you have them checked whether they can still see the board? The creator can check on the permission of the board.
You can also create a new scrum board if required

I have created it before, but today I don't know what I have changed, so I can't see it. Besides, I am the administrator.
This happened in my server's test environment, and the production environment was normal. The problem looks like the entire backlog feature is missing
