Anyone else seeing this?
When in Backlog view the numbers for Not Started/In Progress/Completed are not correct. It is Not Started ticket count as In Progress.
hello @Chuck Oleary ~ those tallies indicate Story Points in Not Started, In Progress or Done and correlates to the position in the sprint board. If your "Ready for Work" column is your left-most column on your board than those issues would appear in the Not Started count. In the example below, my issue has technically not started (it's in Ready for Work which is a To Do status category) but it is one step after my initial To Do status (when the issue is created). I have that mapped to my second column in my board so it is counting it as Story Points in progress. Hope that makes sense.
I get that is show the points however it seems like a flaw to me.
Unless there is a way I can designate the column category to be Not Started/In Progress/Complete?
Why not map to the workflow status categories that are set for ?
Otherwise it's a useless item on the screen and I'll just tell the PO/PM to ignore it going forward.
