Bad Backlog Render

Hi everyone.

I'm here to see if you can give me a hand before I go to open a support ticket.

I am checking that from the Backlog in a Jira Project, if I select an epic, it does not hide the tickets that do not belong to the epic. And I can even move them in the view.

It just minimizes them. It doesn't show me the key (they are the gray lines).

Have you faced this before?

Hi @Txus ,

to be honest, that also looks like a bug to me; especially with the repeating lines above the ticket. Or did you do that to hide sensitive information?
Before you open a ticket, you could rule out the common causes like Browser, network infrastructure (especially security systems and VPNs) to make sure it's not "on your end".
But apart from that, I would also consider this something that Atlassian could look into.
Or maybe it's a temporary issue that solves itself at some point.

Greetings
Philipp

No, I am not withholding sensitive information. It's like this.

I've opened the question here, in case someone has faced this before. It's rare because it only happens in one project so far.

I am going to open a support ticket.
