I have landed in huge trouble and I am not able to figure out what exactly is the trouble.
I had my projects hosted on the Free version of Jira Software and Jira Service Management with users less than 9.
But today when I logged in I found I am locked out and not able to access any of my projects. on being asked to update payment details, I thought it would give me access, but still, I am on square 1
Please help me if anyone knows how can I access my projects again.
I have ongoing sprints, but I am locked out now.!!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Sounds like you still went over the user limit (maybe in JSM as this is based on number of agents, not users and is less than 10).
I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com as they will be able to look at their backend and see what the exact problem is.
