We are working on a migration from data center to cloud.
We migrated our behavepro scenarios into cloud.
When viewing scenarios within issue details, the background does not display when viewing scenarios directly on a ticket. In data center, you could see the background.
Is there a setting we need to adjust or a configuration so that we can see the background?
Additionally our scenarios shown on tickets show in a different order than they did in data center. Can someone advise how we can ensure our scenarios show up in the same order after migration?

If my understanding is correct, Behavepro is a marketplace app on top of Jira. The best thing you can do, is reach out directly to the app vendor to discuss the issues you're facing with them.
