Hi,
I have installed script runner for Jira so I can play around with the custom fields. When I click on behavior tab, behavior fields option is not showing. How am I going to make changes in the fields if this option is not showing? This is what I am seeing.
Please help me out here. I want to hide some custom fields and for that I have installed script runner but I am not able to achieve this with script runner as well.
Hello @Hizkeel Khan
There is no longer a Behavior Fields section. It is replaced by the Behavior Scripts section.
This is mentioned in the Release Notes for June 2023.
@Trudy Claspill - Thanks for the update. So how I'm going to play around with these custom fields. I am using script runner for the first time.
I want to hide some fields. Please help me out here.

You have to write the script itself.
Unfortunately there are not many examples of scripts. The documentation has only one example currently.
https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours/example-behaviour
And documentation for the API used in the scripting.

I found another post in the community about the script for hiding fields based on another field. Perhaps that will help you:

@Vikrant Yadav - Thank you sharing these videos. I am still not able to see the behavior fields in my script runner for Jira. I don't know what's wrong. These videos will only help me if I can see my behavior fields.
In the screenshot above, I should see behavior fields after issue types?
What should I do?
Should I talk to their support?
