Better issue collector

I'm looking for an alternative to JIRA's issue collector. 

Ideally: 

- Compatible with mobile browsers and have mobile view

- Customizable CSS

- Carry over attachment to Jira ticket

- Allow external anonymous reporter

Any suggestion?

Just in case you weren't aware of the builtin functionality, the current issue collector that I'm using on the cloud version of Jira :

• does work on a mobile, although not a mobile view
• does allow attachments to be added
• does allow non-Jira users to report issues

I know it's not everything that you're asking for, but it may be enough

thank you for the information.

I was hoping there's something better out there but in case there's nothing suitable, I will settle with the default issue collector :)
