Big Template error export

I can't export the roadmap.

The message "export requires bigtemplate to be installed" pop up .... but i have bigpicture installed.

Big Template is a separate product you have to pay for.

I'm not sure what you mean, but

BigTemplate is an entirely separate product, you have to purchase it and install it.

If you signed up for the free trial, did you install it then?

you should check in your JIRA administration-->Manage Addons screen, it should loo like this:

Big template was installed, but my template was not created with the new version of BigPicture (board and roadmap modul).
