Big picture change the dates automatically in jira

Dear Team,

When i updating latest dates in jira issue Start date and end date then automatically changes the old dates.

When i see the history, its showing bigpicture is changing the dates. 

please Give me any suggestion.

I believe you might have recently integrated BigPicture plugin to your Jira. Based on your permissions the Jira issues might be getting updated.

Most probably, Jira tasks of which dates are being changed are in the scope of a program in BigPicture, and they are somehow blocked there. This can either be due to:

• Period mode of these Jira tasks, or
• Task dependencies

Please check your settings. If none of the above-mentioned situations applies, please raise a ticket via our Service Desk, providing us with more details (like base URL). This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance individually.
