BigGant plug in causing issues even when it is deleted

Hi,
tried out biggant, set up a couple of programs, added dependencies, the usual.

Found it was updating my start dates to way in the future with no relation to the due date.

Tried changing within BigGantt, but it always reset

In Jira clous i tried bulk updates, individual updates of start dates but within seconds BigGantt neat changes them again.

deleted the programs i had set up, restarted and retried - same result

deleted the plugin via administration, restarted Jira, updated task start dates as before, all looked fine unitil about a minute ago - neat gantt is still running and changing my work.

Help please

Hi Brigid,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I have created a support request on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-569546 so that we can better investigate this problem.

I certainly would not expect this uninstalled app to be able to make any changes to your data once it is removed.  I believe that our support team will need to investigate the data on your Cloud site to better understand what might have potentially caused this problems.

i rechecked and hadnt uninstalled properly (cringe) 

please close the ticket 

BTW im checkingout portfolio instead
