BigGantt installation problem

Hello Atlassian Team,

We are trying to install BigGantt (1.0.118-AC) on our Jira Software (Cloud) site, but after installation the BigGantt app does not work. I attach a screenshot. What could be the problem?

I'm getting the exact same problem. Is this something new? and is It expected to be solved soon?

Hi Sary,

Yes, we solved the problem with the help of the vendor's support service. To do this, perform the following environment configuration.

Thank you. I tried the permissions thing but the issue still exists. The problem described in the article (Biggantt needs access) is different from the one at the top of this thread (multiple "error" boxes).

Kindly let me know if there's another way to try and fix the issue.

I firmly believe that the hotfix release that was deployed yesterday contained a fix to your issue. I'm glad that you're able to operate on the plugin without interference again.

can a re-index help?

Where can I find the logfile?

As far as I know, reindexing is not currently supported by Jira (Cloud). Maybe I'm wrong.
