BigGantt session has expired after upgrade

Somoene update BigGantt to newest version. After the upgrade BigGantt stops working.
It is showing "session has expired".
We are using Jira Server 8.14
I can't remember which version of BigGantt was previously installed to do downgrade if it is possible.

I wrote them a week ago, they partially helped but we got stuck on the intermediate version, still can't update to the latest one, I'm still waiting for help from the them.
