BigPicture Connection lost -"Migrating Data center"

Hi All,

I have lost my connection to BigPicture, either getting a spinning loading indicator or a message saying "Migrating your data to a different data centre...please wait a minute".

It's been 15 mins so far. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues?

I am sorry that you experience the inconvenience.

We would like to investigate your case individually. Therefore, please, raise a ticket via our Service Desk, providing us with more details (e.g., your base URL). This will allow our product specialists and developers to investigate your instance and plugins on time.

Thanks for the response. Ticket was raised earlier. Posted here as I was unable to raise a support ticket for some time, so wasn't sure if that was a related system issue.

I've checked your Support ticket, and it was under investigation so far. It looks that the migration is completed successfully. You can expect a response to your ticket soon.
