Hi @Prabhu Prabhakar

I assume that you want to exclude rejected tasks from the BigPicture Program scope only. If yes, you can do it by using the narrow down option, using task attributes (e.g., status) in a JQL query (Box Configuration >> Tasks >> Scope Definition). Please see my image as a reference.

However, if you want completely delete an issue both from BigPicture and Jira, please select an issue and a trash bin icon on a popup as on my image below.

Hi @Anna-BigPicture

But I just want not to show them in my BigPicture program.

I've updated the filter as well, But still I see them, I don't want to delete them.

Hi @Prabhu Prabhakar

Ok, so the first option is for you because it allows excluding tasks from BigPicture Program but not from Jira.

JQL query that was on my pic was illustrative. Rejected issues have the status "Rejected," right? If not, please adjust the query.

Alternatively,  if you have more tasks you want to exclude from your program's scope, you can create a Jira Filter and enter Filter name/number instead of JQL Query.
