Hi,
We have both Jira Cloud and Bitbucket Cloud integrated and it works well.
I did notice some strange behaviour and adding links to a BitBucket Repo to a Jira Issue.
When I add the link it displays "Restricted Link, try another account".
I don't know if this is related to it being a Private Repository and a While List on our BitBucket.
I would have thought this would have been allowed as all the other integrations stuff works fine.
I see the same problem. Actually it happens even when linking to the same repository from within bitbucket itself. It doesn't seem to be related to the whitelist, we have allowed all atlassian IP ranges.
