thanks I work with Jira software and I would like to know better the different filters used for the tables namely: board filter sub filter and quick filter

You use whatever filters you want for those.

The board filter tells the board what issues to work with in general.

The sub-filter is for Kanban boards only and it tells the board what issues to ignore because they are done and no longer needed (it stops the "done" column growing infinitely)

The quick filters are there to help you drill down into the data - they make sub-selections in the current view (like "only show things assigned to me", or "only show stories, not sub-tasks)
