Ideally a person running a bug scrub meeting can pull up a filter/ Dashboard/ list view on a jql filter, go thru user by user, and their bugs, then update the comments on the spot quickly without having to click thru each one.
I don't want to use comments scetion. Comments section can be long discussion between several teams. It won't allow to have quick glance of the status of bugs.
Add a custom status? You can edit this from the list view.
I tried that! I have added custom field called "Scrub notes" as Text field (Multi lines, wiki style). But I can't modify this field inline in list view of filter results.

I think I might have not formed my request properly. Is there any way to fulfill my requirement of having kind of bug scrub tool using Jira filters? Or dahsboard?

As I understood correctly, you want to have bug work item types being shown to you and the answer is yes, you can. Dashboards are depending on the filters mostly - especially the filter results gadget. For your filter, you need to create a new one and filter the issue types to bugs (using the basic filtering option). If you need something more advanced, then you need to use JQL. Dashboards have a lot of gadgets. Depending on your use case, you can use different ones for one dashboard: pie charts, two dimensional statistics, filter results, created vs resolved issues and many more.

No. I want to add short notes every day on how bugs are progressing during meeting without much technical details. While I am doing this, I want to do this on same screen without without opening the bugs. You can check below image to understand what exactly I am expecting.

Thanks for providing the screenshot! Jira doesn't have the note adding out-of-the-box feature. As an alternative, you can change the visibility of the comments that you are adding so only certain project roles can see them.
Otherwise, you would have to install an app from the Atlassian marketplace.

I didn't get you! I am sorry. How by changing the visibility of the comments will help here in this context?
