We are getting the below message when we access JIRA kanban board
gh.boards.kanplan.enable.inlinedialog.text
gh.boards.kanplan.enable.inlinedialog.button.nextgh.boards.kanplan.enable.inlinedialog.button.cancel
It is appearing for every user who is using/viewing the board on all browsers.
Yes , it started two weeks before and we have not done any change in our instance.
FYI - i got this solved one from google : [JSWSERVER-20852] Kanban "This column is getting full" popup not displaying correctly - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Is this a problem no matter of which user is viewing the board and on which browser? Does it started suddenly? Anything changed on your instance?
