Build a platform from where a user can create a jira ticket or issue

Hello, I am building a platform and i want the user to be able to create a ticket on jira or an issue on jira from my platform. What resources i should use to implement this.

i have a form, where a user comes and enter's the information. once the form is submitted, a jira ticket or issue is automatically create in the jira platform.

Any help is appreciated.
