Building a filter with a lot of components

Below is what I am trying to write, and it is not working. I can't figure out where I am going wrong. Help please.

project = XXXXX AND status = ("Open", "In Progress") AND component = (Billing, Claims, Enrollment, "Stars & HEDIS", Quality, "Reporting and Analytics", Risk, "OPTUM- CES", "OPTUM- HSS")

Just try : 

project = XXXXX AND status in ("Open", "In Progress") AND component in ("Billing", "Claims", "Enrollment", "Stars & HEDIS", "Quality", "Reporting and Analytics", "Risk", "OPTUM- CES", "OPTUM- HSS")
