Bulk Edit doesn't work

Hi,

I just tried a bulk edit of 236 items and got the attached error message:

How do I get Jira log files?  I'm using the Cloud trial version.

Have you had any luck in finding the cause? If not, check the logs or try to break this up into smaller chunks. Try to do say 100 initially, if that fails try the next 100 or so. See if we can zero in on cause.

Thanks, Jack.  I broke it up into smaller chunks and was able to successfully delete all of them.
