Hi,
I'm trying to move few tickets from " To do" status to "Open" Status by using Bulk edit option. but "Transition" is disabled, it says you don't have permission to do bulk edit.
But I have enabled global permission and also in permission scheme. still this option is disabled.
Can somebody support me on this quickly?
Regards,
Nirmal
Can you please check whether you have the the Bulk Change global permissions.
To check go to admin -> global permissions.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you have both the bulkchange and project specific permissions then problem might be with the JQL. Can you filter the JQL for single issue type (like Project = XXX and issuetype=xxxx and status = 'To Do') and please give a try.

You should also have Bulk Change permission as per the Global Permission Settings. If you are not an Admin please check with a JIRA admin and make sure that you have Bulk Change permission as well.
