Bulk move all members of one group to another group

I want to move all 85 members of "jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team' group to a new group called "jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team2". I, of course, have access to the bulk edit group members tool, however, I cannot seem to move the 85 people from one group to another.

• I am a global admin
• Jira 7.15.1 
• Nested groups are disabled

Hi @Cory Beck ,

Natively you will not be able to move the users from one group to other. However, you will be able to copy the users from one to another group by using a filter. You can also remove the users from a group by selecting multiple users at a time.
Below steps helps you in bulk copy the users from one group to another.

• Navigate to the group jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team2 and select the user's icon as shown below

• From the below screen you will be able to select the users jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team group by filtering(as shown below). Click on the username checkbox and select.

• You can select multiple users and you can remove the users from the group jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team by clicking on the Remove selected users.

@[deleted]  I tried that solution yesterday, however, there is an inconsistency in the total user count for jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team group between the 'bulk edit group members screen' and the 'user picker' screen. See below, you will notice the jira-technology-strategy-incubation-team group has 85 members, but when I pull the group up in the user picker it only shows 6. When I realized members were "missing" I submitted this ticket yesterday assuming I was doing something wrong... which I still may be.
