CHANGE THE ISSUE DEFAULT TYPE DISPLAYED IN THE BOARD OF TEAM-MANAGED PROJECT

Hello,

Is there anyway to change the default issue type displayed in a team managed project board ?

The default one is TASK. On my board I want to display the epics. I didn't find how to do it or how to change the query of my board (as we can do in a company managed project)

this feature is not available to select the default issue type.

But you are saying to set the default issue type in Board.

Could you please share the screenshot to check..?

In the baord, the type TASK id displayed :

I want the EPIC type to appear in the board instad of TASK

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Team-managed projects don't show Epics on the board, by design. Epics can be managed on the Timeline or Backlog. You can refer to Manage epics in team-managed projects.

Please find the below feature request by atlassian team

• Add an Epic Panel to Kanban Board (not Backlog board)
