CSV Export contains zero data

We have the following issue with one of the user. 

User tried exporting the ticket using the filter option as a CSV, Jira creates a file but there's no information in it.

Could anyone suggest a solution.

Hello Srinivasan,

Hope you have been well.

Could you please confirm if you're attempting an export with Jira Cloud or Jira Server?

Is other users or an admin on your site able to export without having the same issue?

To export Jira issues to a CSV format file, you need to perform a search for the relevant issues using filters or JQL and then use the "Export" button to get access to all the export options.

Then, select the option "Export Excel CSV" to export the issues. Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi Carlos.

I am fine and hope are well as well. Thanks for your suggestion.

Mine is a Jira Data center version. 

The user is not a admin group member. This is specific to this user. 

I will try the option mentioned by you and update.
