CSV Import: Multiple Project Option is Missing

Foxcliffe Hickory

When I go to import a CSV file with issues, the import multiple projects is sometimes there, sometimes not. When it is not there, the mapping area doesn't give me the option to map to attachments or comments. The Comments body field is sometimes there, sometimes not. Very frustrating.

Does anyone have any advise? Thank you.

Hey @Foxcliffe Hickory

Please let me know if you've already looked at this article and tried the below snippet. I can investigate further somewhere else if you've already done this. :)

Importing issues into multiple JIRA projects

You can import issues from your CSV file into different Jira projects by:

  • Adding two columns to your CSV file with the headings "Project Name" and "Project Key"
  • Ensuring that every issue represented in your CSV file contains the name and key in these columns for the corresponding Jira projects

The project name and key data is the minimum Jira project data required for importing issues from a CSV file into specific Jira projects.

Let me know if you have any additional information.
