Hello Team,
We have done the upgrade our jira (Data Center instance) from v9.4.21 to v10.3.4.
After upgrade, we are unable to enable the CSV User importer for jira plugin.
System info:
OS: RHEL8
Java: OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-17.0.14+7
Plugin version: 2.8.1
We have below error in atlassian-jira.log :

we are using this plugin widely on our instance. could you please have look and let us know the solution as soon as possible

it seems that your issue is related to a third part app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218266/csv-user-importer-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter
Try to upgrade it from Manage Apps administration menu.
