CURL command and Postman shows 404 error while running JIRA cloud REST API

I receive 404 error while accessing JIRA cloud via CURL and POSTMAN app.

Below is exact same issue i have

Can you paste the url in the browser and have a look, if it works or not?

It works fine in the browser. Issues while using postman app or curl command.
