Campos personalizados entre projetos

Boa tarde pessoal.

Gostaria de manter as mesmas informações entre projetos ou seja

Tenho um projeto DOC1 que tem os campos "Motivos"

E tenho o DOC2 que utiliza o mesmo campo "Motivos"

Então quando colocar "Motivos" adicionar no projeto DOC1 copiar para "Motivos" DOC2

Para fazer isso, um ticket do DOC1 tem que estar vinculado a um ticket do DOC2.

Em seguida crie uma automação conforme abaixo e irá funcionar.

Colocar um POST ID com base na alteração do campo?
