If the contract signed has reference to clinical data not moving out of US

Hi @Venkatakrishna Vemala welcome to the community.  I found this article on the community site regarding HIPPA compliance: HIPPA Compliance 

There is configuration information as well as a Business Associate Agreement regarding HIPPA compliance referred to on that page.

Hi @Dan Breyen Thanks for the quick response and reference.

We have signed BAA with JIRA Software and Compliance.

 

My intention is will Jira Cloud take care(responsible) to not moving PHI data out of US?
