Can I add standard template on Creating Issue, so that whenever we create issue we will just filled up the info ( Unit Model: ?, Serial no.:? ,Computer Name: ?, User Name: ?, ) for additional monitoring of the issue created?
You need to setup "screen scheme" in which the create issue "screen" is configured to have the fields you specified above.

Welcome to community! You will first need to define the fields in your create issue screen. Add the custom fields required to that screen; go to "Projects > Screen". The other thing you could do is defining the standard value per field. You can use Automation to fill that up after it's created or simply define the default value in your custom field for the fields that are added on screen.
