Can I bulk copy issues within or to a project?

Hi

Is there any way to bulk create instances of a group of issues and be able to change the issue type in the same process?

I know there is a bulk change feature which allows you to move issues to a new project or change the issue type which is no use to me because I want to keep the existing issue.

Hi Alison,

As I understand copy project in scriptrunner plugin is helpful for you, once you done it then make a bulk change for issue types in newly copied project, then move issue to the previous so you can keep old issues and newly created issues also with different issue types.
