Hi - we distinguish between fix version and release in our project, and in this view of the product backlog the version = the fix version. Instead, I want to see the backlog by "release". Is there a way to change that? Tx!
Hi @kateu
It looks like Versions and Releases are still in the same field - FixVersions - based on the above image, is this correct?
If you want to see an issue within "Gecko" via that backlog label - the issue will need to have "Gecko" as its FixVersion.
Is this what you're looking to achieve? Or are you looking to filter some FixVersions off of the backlog?

Thanks! We have two separate fields with distinct values - Fix Version which could be A (not B) and Release which could be B (not A). I want to see things by Release and not Fix Version in this view. Is that possible?

Hi @kateu
Great - thanks for clarifying.
The left-hand "Versions" panel and the grey label on each issue can only represent the FixVersion field. These aren't customisable.
So I would place "Gecko" and similar releases into the FixVersion field if possible, to take advantage of this layout.

"Release" (custom field?) could be added to the Card Layout? This would be displayed on the text line underneath the main card information on each card - eg. above the text "Dev" and "Bug Fixing" appear to be there through Card Layout.
To change the Card Layout, you'll need to be a Board Admin and then:

An alternative is to have the Releases as Quick Filters - to limit the view of the Backlog based on which is being discussed? To add these as a Quick Filter:
