Hello hello,
I want to change from Kanban to sprints but with our current workflow I get into a lot of issues:
Our workflow contains multiple status from planning to solved to peer review to in production.
Within one sprint the tasks should be move to solved, but of course if I end the sprints all tasks are unresolved since the solved status is an active status. Only in production is a done status.
Is there a way that I can configure the sprints to have our active status solved as the 'done' status for the sprint?
Or do you have any other ideas?
(I could make the solved status as a done status type but that would crash everything else on my side)
Hi @Valerie Fischer ,
"Done" in a Scrum Board are all your statuses mapped in the last column on the right of your board.
Based on your workflow you can add all your statuses at your convenience in that column.
It should fix your issue.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
I tried it now but the burndown still only recognizes issues that are resolved as 'done'. Therefore, the stats say that most of the issues are pending although they are in the last column on the right.
Do you have an idea what might cause that?
Thank you!

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
as stated above that's the exact issue that I have:
"Within one sprint the tasks should be move to solved, but of course if I end the sprints all tasks are unresolved since the solved status is an active status. Only in production is a done status.

Maybe I need to rephrase and put it in better words. Can I adjust my sprint so that unresolved tasks get acknowledged as done?
I hope that helps? thank you !!!

Hi @Valerie Fischer ,
you need to move your "active" statuses to the last column on the right in the configuration of your board.

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ I tried what you are suggesting and it does not work. We also use an active status (Staging Sign off) for the last step in a sprint and it is in the rightmost column of our board (which we titled as done), however the status is not resolved. so our sprint stats are not reflected correctly.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
many thanks!
