Can I create a custom library that includes scriptrunner?

I would like to create a custom library that includes scriptrunner to reduce and utilize a lot of code.
I wouldn't do it if that weren't allowed.
If you do, can you tell me how to call up API Quick Reference?

Could you give more details on what you want? You want to create a scriptrunner library to do what? You want to call this library from jira plugin or from a scriptrunner script? What is Api Quick Reference?
