Can I create an outlook form to be used for emailing issues to Jira?

We use Jira Cloud. I would like to set up an outlook form that is used when people in our organization create issues via email. I want to use a form to ensure the user provides the information we need. Is this possible?

Hello Nancy,

You can't do this natively but you can use JEMH to map email content to custom fields.

If you do decide to give JEMH Cloud a try, its Regexp Field Processor may be useful to you depending on your email content formatting.
