Can I customize the filter filed in BOARD and LIST Screen

Is it possible to customize the ""FILTER" dropdown in JIRA Board and JIRA List (Cloud ) as shown in the picture.

Hi Clariza - Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to customize that. Hopefully, that will come in the future though.

I do not work with Business projects, but per other posts in this forum it is not possible to customize which fields are available in that filter pop-up.
