Can I delete an Archived Project

We are running Premium Cloud and have archived projects that we'd like to delete.

I've not found anything yet.

My suspicion is to "restore" then "delete" but can we delete directly from the "archived" state?

Your suspicion is correct. There is a feature suggestion in the backlog for this, that you can track here: JRACLOUD-75977.
