I need to get Jira ID's of my customers, which are stored in my Jira instance, in the "Customers" channel, under "Channels & People".
I'm able to get users within a certain project, but never anyone from the Customers channel.
Hi Nathan, please check this article https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/manage-jira-service-management-customer-accounts/ you should be able to see ID of all of your customers by exporting them from
USER MANAGEMENT > Jira Service Management > Export customers
Hey Sayed Bares, thanks so much for your reply. Is there a way to achieve this with a REST api call? Or does Admin Jira have such capabilities?

You are most welcome @[deleted] and yes there is a REST API for that https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-servicedesk/#api-rest-servicedeskapi-servicedesk-servicedeskid-customer-get
