A user would prefer to edit all fields on the ticket screen instead of having to click the pencil and be redirected to the pop up to edit fields there. Is there a way to disable this on Jira Server?
Hi @Ashley , to my knowledge, this is not possible.
Once a field is added to the Edit Issue screen, the pencil will show up to the right of the field once you hover over it.
The EDIT button will show all editable fields in one screen.
