We ensure that we know which fix version a ticket is in when it's mark Done, however, when a ticket is reopened, I need to remove the fix version. I've set the automation like this, however, the fix version is not cleared out when it's reopened in Todo.
I would not use Automation for this. Rather, I would use a post function to clear the field. The reason I specifically suggest this is that you should already be clearing the Resolution field when reopening using post functions. If not, do that too. :-)
