Can JIRA exclude a Group from project access?

Hi,

I am trying to exclude a Group of people from project access on certain projects. This group has the default access, but I'm not able to exclude them from watching certain projects. How do I confirm that they only have access to 1 project and not 4 projects?

I'm not sure if I should be editing the permission of the project, editing the permission scheme, or if I can just exclude them from three of our open projects?

Please help - I'm pretty new to JIRA.

You have to make sure that the group is not included for the browse issues permision for the required project.
