I would like to start using Jira Next Gen projects, but first I would like to make sure that I can manage the issues logged via ServiceDesk can be managed in the Next Gen project.
Anyone have any experience here or documentation I can read?
NG projects are part of JSW not JSD. JSD does not support or present project in a NG fashion. They are completely separate. Now you can create linked issues between the two.
