Can Jira change the color of a custom field's label if it is set to a certain state?

For example, if we create a toggle named "Sale Blocker", could we have its text turn red if it is toggled on?

Or if it's a single-select checkbox pulldown, have it turn red if one of certain of its options is the one chosen?

I'm afraid there is no such functionality in the Jira cloud that can do this (I don't know of any add-ons either).
