Now, I am try to use Jira cloud software premium license from Myanmar. Kindly help to suggest for the below queries;

1. Can Jira cloud software license support in Myanmar Region?

2. How many users can cover for premium package?

3. Jira cloud software license is one time cost or subscription?

4. How is payment term for Annual package? (Monthly or Annually in advance)?

5. What kind of support level include for premium package?

1. Yes Jira Cloud Software License Supports In Mynamar Region.

2. Premium supports up to 5000 Users. but it depends on you how much user's license you need according to that it will cost you.

3. Jira Cloud Software license is on a subscription basis.

4. If you are going for Annual Package then you need to pay in advance or if you choose a monthly subscription then you can pay monthly wise.

5. a) Unlimited Storage b) 99.9% SLA Uptime c) 24/7 Premium Support d) Project archiving

      e) Admin insights f) IP allow listing g) Sandbox and so on.

1. What is the status of delivery time?

2. What kind of user information need to provide to Jira when we subscribe the license?

Yes, You can opt for that.

1. Delivery time is just a few minutes, actually, it depends on you.

2. No Need to Provide Users information once purchase is done you can manage your users in Jira Cloud as per your need.

I still have to clarify as below;

1. What kind of payment method will be accepted for cloud subscription? (Credit Card, Bank Transfer)  ?

2. Are there any taxes applicable for Myanmar ?

3. Credit Cards have limitations for payment transfer ( when the daily limit is exceeded) so that it will impact license delivery?
