I would like to know if JIRA can integrate to TestTrack Pro? and how?. Any plug-ins, etc.
TestTrack (Helix ALM) now has a built-in Jira Integration as well as a REST API for you to do additional integrations with Jira.
TestTrack (Helix ALM) also has a Add-on in the Atlassian marketplace.
There is a standard TestTrack <> Jira Integration (sync) available from Seapine Software.

I would also like to know about this. If JIRA defects can be created from TestTrack, if those defects point back to the failed test executions, and if JIRA stories can be linked to Test Cases as Requirement links.
In our company we are trying to decide whether we should continue using TestTrack or just make the jump to the overly simplified Zephyr for JIRA plugin (or Xray, or Structure.Testy or qTest etc.).
The SOAP interface to JIRA is being deprecated so the integration that Seapine provides currently will break soon https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/jira-api-status/jira-rpc-services/jira-xml-rpc-overview/soap-and-xml-rpc-api-deprecation-notice

It depends on what you want to integrate. Yes it is possible if you are willing to build some plugins. Here is an old integration. It should probably be written to use the REST API instead.
