I know that issues' fields can be configurated to be required/ mandatory ones in team managed project.
But when I created a company managed project, I did not find the way to change custom fields to be required/ mandatory fields.
Would you please tell me where and how can change custom fields to be required/mandatory items.

Field configuration is the method to set a field required or optional. Linking field configurations to issue types in a field configuration scheme makes this possible.
